FOA Membership/Certification Renewal, 1 yr = $50, 2 yr = $80, 3 yr = $100.
Online Renewal is only available for current members with FOA certification (CFOTs, CPCTs and CFospTs) or those whose certification has expired within the last 3 months. Others should contact the FOA for directions.
(Note: Many people refer to their member number as their "CFOT number" because they joined when they received their CFOT. Now the FOA has other first level certifications (CPCT, CFospT) and all those are covered under the member number.)
Once we receive your renewal and process it, we will send you a new ID card with your current certifications and expiration date.
REMEMBER TO ENTER YOUR MEMBER NUMBER AND INDICATE IF YOUR ADDRESS HAS CHANGED! Your new ID Card will be sent to the shipping address and our records will be updated to this address as your permanent address in our database.
If you are ordering for someone else, please ensure their name and member number are entered correctly and their address is used for the shipping address. You may renew multiple member and even send them to different addresses by entering separately for each member number.
