Direct Certification/FOA Membership (not through an FOA-Approved School).
Applicants must contact FOA first, send proper application forms with resume, receive FOA approval of their application and receive a FOA Certification/Member number before ordering.
Applicants will be emailed directions for taking the exam upon approval.
The first certification applied for includes application fee, examination and one year membership in the FOA. Additional certifications include examination only.
