New School Application Fee

Application fee for schools applying for FOA Approval.
This fee is required from all schools applying for FOA school and course approval. This fee covers the process of FOA review of school and instructor credentials. If approved, the school can use this fee to pay for the first 5  certifications sent to the FOA. If not approved, the fee covers the cost of the FOA review process and is not refundable.
Note: Do not submit an application fee until you are directed to do so by the FOA and are prepared to complete the application process and certify your instructors. The application for FOA school approval and application fee are only valid for 90 days and if the process is not completed in 90 days, the school may not reapply for 1 year.
